We love this stuff so much! If you have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, I highly recommend it! We use Kierstyn every night before bed (we do it on the bottoms of her feet and the backs of her legs) and she sleeps so much better – and we always regret when we forget to put it on her because she never sleeps very well!
